DHA Multan is a latest housing project by Defence Housing Authority. It was launched few years ago, but official launching was announced in March 2017.
Multan is the fifth largest city in Pakistan. Located in the south-central Punjab province at the bank of River Chenab, it is also called the “City of Saints.” It is the hub of commercial activities in south-Punjab, therefore, it is quite an attractive residential area for the majority of citizens who belong to South Punjab.

DHA Multan consists of various sizes of residential and commercial plots. Earlierthere was ust one Kanal residential plot file. Recently, it launched five marlas, eight marlas, ten marla, one Kanal, and two Kanal residential plots as well as four marla and eight marla commercial plots. The bookings were announced back in March of 2017, and the balloting was held on 31st May 2017.
Development Status of the Project
DHA Multan has completed some initial development work. It has completed the main gate, and some internal roads. The formal commencement of development work in Sector A was announced on 12th June 2017. Typically DHA projects take about 8 – 10 years to be entirely developed, so you can expect first possessions in next 3 to 4 years.
